For planners and coordinators
Your running order, in every guest's hand.
You already build the timeline. You already know who is sitting where, who cannot eat shellfish, and exactly when the photographer will overrun. The problem has never been the plan. It is that a hundred and twenty people cannot see it.
On the day
When it slips, it updates.
Speeches pushed twenty minutes. You change it once. Every guest's screen shows the new time, and nobody wanders off to the bar at the wrong moment.
The seating plan is searchable, so there is no scrum at the table plan and no queue of people asking you where they are sitting while you are trying to move a hundred and twenty of them into a room.
Before the day
- RSVPs, dietaries and plus ones collected in one place, exportable
- Guest FAQ so the couple stop forwarding you questions at 11pm
- Supplier contacts and contracts in one workspace
- Your timeline as the source of truth rather than a PDF nobody opened
The couple deals with me for the build. You get the finished thing, and your name on it if you want it there.
Commercially
10%, or nothing at all.
Recommend it and you take 10% of anything that books, invoiced however suits you. If you would rather not take commission, that is completely fine and it makes no difference to what your couples pay.
No exclusivity, no minimum, no listing fee. If it stops being useful you stop mentioning it.
Try it on your own diary first
Happy to build one free for a wedding you are coordinating this season, so you can watch it work on a real day before you put your name to it. No catch and no obligation afterwards.
Open a real one.
Fully populated wedding, ten seconds, no form in the way.
