How do my guests access the app?
There is nothing to download and no account to create. Every guest receives a link — tap it and the app opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. Works on any device, any age, no technical knowledge required.
Do our guests have to download anything?
No. Nothing to install, nothing from an App Store. A link or a QR code opens it directly in their browser. Your gran can use it.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Whether you are planning a forty-person gathering or a three-hundred-guest celebration, the app handles it without any per-guest fees or tier upgrades.
The build
How long does setup take?
Live within a week of you sending the details. You share your story, your colours, your guests, and your schedule — we build everything for you. Changes after that are usually same day.
How much work is it for us?
About an hour in total. You fill in one form with details you already have, review what comes back, and tell us what to change. You are not learning a builder.
When should we book?
Most couples come to us three to six months before the day, around when the invitations go out. If you want the link on your save the dates, nine to twelve months out is ideal. Either works.
Can we make changes after submitting our information?
Yes, easily. The timeline, seating plan, guest information and everything else updates instantly. Every guest sees the current version without you sending a single message.
Can we see a demo before we commit?
Yes. We have a fully built demo wedding you can open and explore before you enquire. It shows exactly what your guests will see on the day.
On the day
What if we need to make changes on the day?
That is rather the point. When the photographer runs twenty minutes over, you change the timeline once and everyone sees it immediately. No announcements, no PA system, no chaos.
How do we receive our photos and messages after the wedding?
Everything your guests uploaded — photos, videos, messages — stays in your app for twelve months. You can download the lot at any time, and optionally turn the photo wall into a printed keepsake book delivered to your door.
Practical
Is our information secure?
Your app is invite-only by default. Guests need the link and an access code you control. It is not indexed by search engines and it is not publicly browsable. Your data is yours — not a platform's, not an advertiser's.
Can we add more guests after the app goes live?
Yes. Guest lists change — people confirm late, plus ones are added. You can update the guest list at any point and the access settings update immediately.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. Get in touch when you enquire and we will sort something that works for you. Most couples split across two or three payments.
What happens after 12 months?
The app stays live for twelve months after the wedding so everyone can get the photos and memories. After that you can extend hosting for £30 a month, or let it close — your content is always available to download.
